The New Lenox Soccer Association's recreational division has as its mission to provide quality soccer instruction and education in a funfilled, positive and supportive environment. The NLSA prides itself on creating a soccer experience where positive coaching, sportsmanship and friendship are paramount.
Many of our recreational soccer players return year after year and several have gone on to play high school soccer in the Lincoln-Way area.
Our recreational soccer program has two seasons, spring and fall. In the spring, our teams are coed. In the fall, our U6-U8 teams are coed and our U10-U14 teams may be divided into boys teams and girls teams depending on how many players we have after registration is closed.
Teams are coached by dedicated parents, with practices occurring 2 times a week until games begin and then are reduced to once a week. All NLSA recreational games are played on fields located in New Lenox, Illinois, unless otherwise notified. We encourage parents to bring their lawn chairs, sit back and enjoy watching their children enjoy the game of soccer.
