Little Feet is a program designed for 3 1/2 - 5 year old children. Participants will be separated into groups or "teams". In these groups, the children will participate in activities designed to be fun while targeting development of large motor muscle groups, coordination and cardiovascular circulation. Drills will be taught to parent volunteers by NLSA coordinators. At the end of the session, participants will engage in an individually competitive activity designed for maximum cheering factor.
Little Feet will meet at 9am on Saturday mornings on Spencer Field #9. Each session will last about 50-55 minutes.
Participants should bring a size 3 soccer ball, shin guards and a water bottle. Soccer cleats are optional.
